Frequently asked questions
How do students join my class?
Each lecturer has a subscribe code. Students enter it when they register or from their dashboard, and they appear in your lecturer hub.
Can I see who is falling behind?
Yes. iZapp gives each learner a red/amber/green rating based on recent activity and quiz performance, and flags learners who may be at risk so you can step in early. You can review and override it.
Does it cost anything for lecturers?
Creating a lecturer account is free. The AI scheme-of-work generator uses ZAPPs+. Colleges wanting volume set-up and onboarding can contact us.
Is learner data handled properly?
Yes. Learner data is processed under UK GDPR. Colleges using iZapp can rely on the data processing terms in our Terms of Service, or request a signed agreement.
